Console approvals for some platforms are currently not working
An ongoing issue with our inbound email provider is preventing console access approvals from working for certain console platforms. We are currently working with our inbound email provider to rectify the issue.
Any console requests sent since April 15th will need to be resubmitted once the issue is rectified.Degraded
Account and GitLab migration
We are currently in the process of migrating accounts and GitLab (source code) projects to a new system. During this time, you may be unable to:
• Manage existing members or invite new members to your organisation
• Link your GitLab.com account
• Access source code on GitLab.com if you haven't already been granted access
Please note that during this time we are not able to manually grant access to source code repositories or modify organisation membership.Maintenance
Rollout of new License Manager
We are rolling out the new version of the License Manager, and there will be downtime as we do this.
Reconfiguration of network routing
To support the deployment of src.redpoint.games, we're in the process of adding a second IP address for inbound connections. The reconfiguration of network routing caused the outage yesterday, so we're coordinating with our network provider to complete the change.
As we undertake this network maintenance, there may be interruptions in service.
